- Verify the location, surroundings and environment
- Ensure the house is approved by either by DTP or Panchayat Approval
- Encumbrance certificate should be verified for the property
- Legal opinion from lawyer. This will help us to ensure the site is having proper parent document for the site

- Water
- Road facilities
- Building estimation from an engineer
- if the house is DTP approved, we may have a chance to get the loan from the bank for the land/site in some banks only
- If the house is DTP approved, most of the places EB and water facility is guaranteed facility through Panchayat
- Building plan should be approved
